Extended grammar OCR: We use defining relative clauses to give necessary information. We must use a relative pronoun if defining subject or object. In defining clauses we can replace who whom which with that. We can omit relative pronoun if defining object. We use non-defining clauses for extra information. We cannot use that in non-defining clauses. We must use commas in non-defining clauses. Employers often list skills which they need. Person who stays calm valued. Soft skills important which many employers agree.
